We are looking for a motivated and resilient Student Success Coach to join a specialist SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) school in Bristol.
This is a highly rewarding role where you will support students who face challenges with behaviour, emotional regulation, and engagement in education. Your focus will be on helping young people build confidence, develop positive coping strategies, and achieve success both inside and outside the classroom.
The school provides a structured, supportive and therapeutic environment, with a strong emphasis on relationship-building, consistency, and personalised support. Many students have experienced barriers to mainstream education, so your role will be key in helping them re-engage and thrive.
A significant part of this position involves outreach and off-site support, making it a varied and active role where you will work both within the school and out in the community.
