💼 The Role
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will:
- Support pupils who may need additional emotional, behavioural, or social guidance
- Build positive, trusting relationships with students
- Work alongside teachers to create a supportive learning environment
- Help children develop confidence, resilience, and classroom engagement
