Cover Supervisors (Unqualified Teachers) – Croydon

Affinity Partnerships are looking for Cover Supervisors (Unqualified Teachers) with a background in teaching or working with children in any capacity within Croydon.

This could include experience such as classroom teaching, tutoring, coaching, dance instruction, or any other role involving supporting young people’s learning and development.

The Role:

The ideal candidate should feel comfortable leading KS3 and KS4 lessons and be enthusiastic about teaching. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable classroom experience and progress into teaching.

Successful applicants will:

  • Have a sound understanding of secondary education
  • Be confident supporting the KS3 and KS4 curriculum
  • Have experience supporting children across all aspects of the curriculum
  • Be a team player while also using initiative and a good sense of humour
  • Have a positive approach and be flexible to the demands of the job
