Roles and responsibilities

  • Supporting the teaching staff to implement the curriculum by
    providing booster and intervention sessions to raise standards within the
    classroom
  • Working with a child’s strengths and weaknesses to support their development
    and progress
  • Being able to build a good rapport with teachers and children alike
  • Helping to create a stimulating and motivating environment for children

Requirements

  • Childcare Qualification (Minimum of Level 3)
  • Relevant experience of working with children
  • Safeguarding Level 1

Desirable

  • Experience working with SEND
