Learning Partner

Affinity Partnerships are looking for an enthusiastic Learning Partner to join a valued school in Backwell. We are looking someone to provide teaching and learning support which will involve working with small groups of children and supporting children on a 1-1 basis where required.

This role is 27.5 hours per week.

Requirements:

• An enhanced DBS check
• Have experience working with children or young people
• Passionate about education
• Strong communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver structured activities and supervision for pupils
• Assist teachers in planning and preparation
• Communicate effectively with school staff and parents
• Provide 1-1 support where required
• Build and maintain a supportive and friendly environment
