Affinity Partnerships is seeking an enthusiastic and innovative Teaching Assistant, who will support children with SEN , to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to give support to children, individually, in groups or as a class (under the direction of the teacher), so they can access the curriculum, take part in learning and experience a sense of achievement.

You’ll be part of a supportive and ambitious team who are committed to helping every child reach their full potential. You’ll join colleagues who work collaboratively to create a positive, inclusive learning environment where staff and pupils thrive together.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

* Brings energy, commitment and creativity to their work

* Builds positive relationships and works well in a team

* Has a good standard of education (5 x GCSE’s – English and Maths C or above) or equivalent qualification/experience (e.g. substantial experience as a Teaching Assistant)

* Shares our belief that every child deserves the very best opportunities
