About the Role

As a Level 2 Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with teaching staff and specialists to provide tailored support that enables students to engage with learning, build confidence and make meaningful progress.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting students’ educational, emotional and social development
• Delivering one-to-one and small-group interventions
• Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement in learning
• Adapting support strategies to meet individual needs
• Assisting with classroom activities and learning resources
• Providing class and group cover when required
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve the best outcomes for students
• Supporting the development and wellbeing of every learner
