Partnering with Temwa

At Affinity Workforce, sustainability isn’t just a goal, it’s a core part of who we are. As part of our ongoing Affinity Zero campaign, we’re proud to have contributed £5,150 in 2024–2025 to support tree planting in Malawi through our charity partner, Temwa. This donation directly offsets the carbon emissions generated by our business over the past year.

We donated these funds directly to Temwa, a UK-based charity that delivers sustainable development projects in Northern Malawi. Temwa was Affinity’s Charity of the Year in 2023, and our partnership continues to grow because of their incredible impact on both people and the planet.

Why Tree Planting Matters

Malawi faces severe deforestation and soil degradation, which threaten food security and biodiversity. By planting trees, Temwa helps:

Restore forests and ecosystems to protect wildlife.

Improve soil health for sustainable farming.

Create income opportunities for local families through agroforestry.

Offset carbon emissions, reducing global climate impact.

Our Impact in 2024–2025

The £5,150 donated this year will fund thousands of trees, helping restore natural habitats and provide long-term benefits for communities in Malawi. Every tree planted is a step toward a greener future and a stronger community.
