Account Manager – Affinity Partnerships Team – Bristol – Competitive Salary + Quarterly Bonus – Education Sector

We are looking for an Account Manager to join the Affinity Partnership Team in Bristol recruiting into the Education Sector. The Bristol Office is based in Bristol City Centre, easily accessible by both the M32 Motorway and Bristol Temple Meads Railway Station. This is your chance to join a 20-person team where each team member is valued in a supportive work environment.

What are the responsibilities of the role?

  • Monday to Friday 7:00 – 17:00 (school term time) and either 9:00 – 16:00 or 9:00 – 14:00 if targets are hit (school holidays)
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for education-based roles across the accounts within our MSPs and work with the Affinity Workforce Solutions brands (Monarch Education, Career Teachers, CER Education, The Protocol Group and Sugarman Education)
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients through visits to ensure their staffing needs are met efficiently and effectively
  • Engage in business development activities to establish new partnerships with schools and educational institutions
  • Proactively generate a pipeline of high-quality candidates for temporary and contract education staff across the country
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships through both face-to-face and remote interactions with customers
