We achieve this through a reflective approach, prioritizing restorative practice over punitive measures such as detentions or exclusions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and inclusive Art lessons tailored to individual student needs.
  • Foster creativity and self-expression while supporting emotional development.
  • Work collaboratively with a dedicated team to implement restorative practices.
  • Contribute to a positive, reflective learning environment.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience working with SEMH students or in a special school setting (desirable).
  • Strong classroom management skills with a restorative approach.
  • Passion for art and commitment to helping students succeed.
