Affinity Workforce Solutions are on the lookout for Cover Supervisor to work in several Secondary schools in the Peterborough area.
As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising classes of students in the absence of their regular teacher. You will need to be confident in managing behaviour, delivering pre-planned work, and ensuring a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising classes of students in the absence of their teacher

Essential Requirements:
- Experience working with children and young people
- Strong classroom management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility and adaptability
- A valid DBS check (or willingness to undertake one)
Desirable Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience working as a Cover Supervisor
