We are a specialist SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) school, part of the Cabot Learning Federation, a well-established and respected multi-academy trust. Our school is dedicated to supporting pupils with additional emotional and behavioural needs, providing a structured, nurturing environment where students can re-engage with learning and achieve success.
We pride ourselves on strong relationships, a trauma-informed approach, and a commitment to helping every young person develop both academically and personally.
We are looking for a passionate and resilient Intervention Tutor to join our team. This role focuses on delivering targeted interventions to support pupils in overcoming barriers to learning and making measurable academic progress.
You will work closely with teaching and support staff to deliver personalised sessions, either on a one-to-one basis or in small groups, both on-site and in alternative settings.
Please note: Driving is essential, as some intervention will take place off-site or in alternative learning environments.
