Affinity Partnerships are recrtuiting for an exciting oppurtunity, seeking a caring and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join a friendly school team with one of our trusts based in Bristol.
- Previous experience working with children or young people in a school setting
- A patient, supportive and adaptable approach
- An enhanced DBS check
Responsibilities:
- Supporting teachers with lessons and activities
- Helping manage classroom behaviour
- Encourage children’s social, emotional and academic development
- Providing support to students with additional needs where required
