• St Nicholas’ Chantry C of E Primary School (Clevedon) – Futura Learning Partnership primary school

✨ About the Role

We are looking for a caring, creative and confident Nursery Practitioner to work across Early Years settings within the Futura Learning Partnership. As part of this role, you will:

• Support children aged 2-5 through nurturing, high‑quality Early Years provision
• Deliver engaging, child-led and play‑based learning activities
• Follow the EYFS curriculum to support all areas of development
• Build warm and positive relationships with children and parents
• Help create stimulating environments that encourage curiosity and confidence
• Work collaboratively with EY leads, SENCOs, and wider school teams
• Contribute to inclusive practice, particularly in settings with SEN provision (e.g. Westover Green’s Autism Centre)

🎓 Requirements

We welcome applications from individuals who:

• Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification
• Have experience working in nursery, preschool, or Early Years settings
• Understand the EYFS Framework and child development
• Are warm, patient, proactive and passionate about Early Years education
• Can work flexibly across multiple Futura primary school nursery settings
• Communicate effectively and work well within a team
