As a Primary Teacher, you will play a vital role in delivering high‑quality teaching and learning across EYFS, KS1 or KS2. You’ll create engaging lessons, support pupils of all abilities, and contribute to a positive, inclusive school culture where every child can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
Planning and delivering engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum
Creating a supportive, stimulating classroom environment
Assessing pupil progress and adapting teaching to meet individual needs
Building strong relationships with pupils, staff, and families
Supporting behaviour and promoting positive learning attitudes
Contributing to the wider school community and team ethos
Working collaboratively with phase leaders, support staff, and SLT
