Role Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to KS1 to KS2, depending on your specialism
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes learning and growth
- Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet individual needs
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and support staff to ensure the best outcomes for students
Essential Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching in either Primary settings
- Valid Enhanced DBS
- Right to work in the UK
- A proactive and professional approach to teaching
Desirable Skills & Experience:
- Subject specialism in core areas such as Maths, English, Science, or Humanities
- Experience supporting pupils with SEND or additional learning needs
- Confidence in managing classroom behaviour and using a range of teaching techniques
