Planning and delivering engaging, creative lessons that spark curiosity and deepen understanding
Supporting pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development
Creating a positive, inclusive, and well‑structured classroom environment
Working closely with colleagues, support staff, and the SENCO to meet diverse learning needs
Using assessment to inform teaching and celebrate pupil progress
Contributing to wider school life, enrichment activities, and whole‑school initiatives
Passionate about primary education and committed to helping every child succeed
Confident in behaviour management and skilled at building positive relationships
Creative, reflective, and eager to bring fresh ideas to the classroom
Resilient, organised, and adaptable to the needs of your pupils
Experience supporting children with SEN is beneficial but not essential
Whether you’re an experienced teacher or an ECT, your enthusiasm and dedication matter most
