- Work across five specialist sites: Infants, Juniors, Secondary, Sixth Form, and Alternative Provision
- Receive ongoing training and mentoring, including Team Teach and Trauma‑Informed Practice
- Build key transferable skills in observation, intervention, and personalised support to strengthen applications for postgraduate study or professional roles
About the Role
You will provide 1:1, 2:1, or classroom-based support, helping pupils engage with learning, regulate behaviour, and achieve their individual goals in a supportive and inclusive environment.
We’re Looking for Someone Who
- Is studying or has graduated in Psychology (or a related field)
- Is confident and calm when supporting challenging behaviour
- Can adapt strategies to meet individual learning and behavioural needs
- Demonstrates strong communication and behaviour management skills
- Is resilient, proactive, and passionate about inclusion
- Is committed to continuous learning and professional development
