We are looking to add a Recruitment Consultant to our high-performing team in Liverpool. The role & benefits as Recruitment Consultant at CER Education:
- Salary: £25,000-£32,000 (depending on experience)
- Hours: 7.15-5.15 (Term Time), 8.00-4.00 (School Holidays)
- Uncapped commission structure
- Your birthday off in addition to your annual leave entitlement
- Hybrid work available after probation – 1 day per week

Role responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for education-based roles in Special Educational Needs schools
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their staffing needs are met efficiently and effectively
- Proactively engage in business development activities to establish new partnerships with schools and educational institutions
- Identify and attract high-quality candidates for education positions through various sourcing methods
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships through both face-to-face and remote interactions
What are we looking for:
- Experience working in recruitment as a Resourcer or Recruitment is desirable but not essential
- The ability to implement effective candidate attraction strategies
- Someone who really wants a genuine opportunity to build their career in recruitment
- Strong sales drive and excellent communication skills
- Full Driving License
