We are looking to add a Secondary Recruitment Consultant to our high-performing team in Darlington. The desk is warm and has a significant school portfolio across the Northeast. The role & benefits as Recruitment Consultant at CER Education:
- Location: Suite 3.14 – Business Central, 2 Union Square, Central Park, Darlington, DL1 1GL
- Monday to Friday 07:30 – 17:00 (Term Time), 08:00 – 14:00 (School Holidays)
- Hybrid / Work from Home available after initial training and inductions
- Base Salary: £28,650 – £35,000 (depending on experience)
- Uncapped commission structure

Role responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for secondary education-based roles.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their staffing needs are met efficiently and effectively.
- Proactively engage in business development activities to establish new partnerships with schools and educational institutions.
- Identify and attract high-quality candidates for education positions through various sourcing methods.
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships through both face-to-face and remote interactions.
- Demonstrate a high level of motivation and take ownership of your desk, treating it as your own business.
- Showcase your drive to succeed and build a thriving career within the education recruitment sector.
