Recruitment Consultant – Monarch Education – Nottingham – SEN Education desk – Up to £32,000

Monarch Education are a leading Education Recruitment provider specialising in temporary staffing for Primary, Secondary and Special Educational Needs schools. We are looking to add a Recruitment Consultant to our SEN team in Nottingham, to work within our new office in central Nottingham. The role & benefits as Recruitment Consultant at Monarch Education:

  • Location: 55 Maid Marian Way, Nottingham NG1 6GE
  • Salary: £28,000-£32,000 (depending on experience) and commission
  • Hours: 37.5 hours a week, 7.30-4.30 in term time and reduced hours in the holidays (5 hours per day)
  • Desk: Warm SEN desk ready for you to hit the ground running
  • Hybrid / Work from Home available after initial training
  • Your birthday off in addition to your annual leave entitlement

Role responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for SEN education-based roles
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing warm clients, ensuring their staffing needs are met efficiently and effectively
  • Proactively engage in business development activities to establish new partnerships with schools and educational institutions
  • Identify and attract high-quality candidates for SEN education positions through various sourcing methods
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships through both face-to-face and remote interactions

What are we looking for:

  • Sales experience or resourcing experience in recruitment
  • Experience in recruitment as a 360-recruitment consultant is desirable but not essential
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills to attract candidates and clients
  • A bubbly and confident individual who is a target driven and goal orientated
  • Knowledge of the SEN sector is preferable but not essential
  • Full Driving License
