What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing the full recruitment cycle for Secondary education roles
- Building and nurturing relationships with existing partner schools
- Proactively developing new business across the region
- Sourcing, interviewing, and placing high-quality education professionals
- Growing your desk through strategic planning and strong relationship management
- Operating with the mindset and autonomy of running your own business
- Bringing energy, resilience, and drive to succeed every day
What We’re Looking For
- Someone hardworking and genuinely motivated to build a career in recruitment
- Target-driven, sales‑focused mindset
- Previous recruitment or sales experience (ideal, but not essential)
- Confident communicator who thrives on building relationships
- Ambitious, proactive, and eager to learn
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
