What will you be doing?
- Supporting pupils with a range of SEN needs, including autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties
- Assisting teachers in delivering engaging lessons adapted to individual needs.
- Helping to create a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment
- Building strong relationships with pupils to boost confidence and independence
What we are looking for:
- A positive, patient, and empathetic approach
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Experience in an SEN setting is desirable, but not essential as training will be provided.
- A genuine passion for helping children overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
