🧩 Experience supporting pupils with SEN needs (desirable for all roles, essential for some)
📚 Classroom or school‑based experience
🤝 A calm, patient and adaptable approach
🧠 Good behaviour management
📋 Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
💬 Strong communication & teamwork skills
⭐ Arrive on time and follow all school safeguarding procedures
⭐ Build positive relationships with pupils and staff
⭐ Leave classrooms tidy and ready for the next lesson
⭐ Dress professionally
⭐ Support teaching staff with learning activities and behaviour management
