This is a rewarding opportunity to work with pupils who have a range of needs, including Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), and Complex Needs. Our partner schools support learners from Early Years through to Post-16, offering a rich and varied educational experience.

• Comfortable working 1:1 or in small groups to provide personalised support
• Confident in promoting positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
• Eager to develop professionally and expand their knowledge of SEND
• Flexible and able to adapt to different school settings and student needs
• Team players who are proactive and dependable

Previous experience is a bonus, but not essential – we welcome those with the right mindset and a genuine desire to make a difference.
