What You’ll Be Doing

In this pivotal role, you will:

• Lead and manage a varied and complex employee relations caseload
  (including conduct, performance, attendance, and policy)
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with Principals and leadership teams across multiple academies
• Provide expert, legally-sound HR guidance that supports fair and consistent decision-making
• Contribute to trust-wide HR projects, initiatives and process improvements
• Help shape a supportive, inclusive and positive people culture across the organisation

What We Offer

• Salary: £39,649 – £42,301 (Grade F)
• Permanent, full‑time role (flexible arrangements considered)
