Affinity Partnerships are currently recruiting Learning support assistants to work within a Special Educational Needs (SEN) School in the Woodgreen area. The school supports pupils with a wide range of SEND needs, including but not limited to Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, cerebral palsy, and challenging behaviour.
This role involves providing personal care, assisting with meal times, and supporting students with physical needs, including moving and handling. As a Personal Care Assistant, it is essential to uphold the dignity and independence of each student, maintain a positive and encouraging attitude, and build strong relationships with both students and staff.
We welcome applications from individuals with professional experience in care, particularly those confident in delivering personal care. We also encourage those who have provided care for a family member to apply.

The role is full time, working Mon to Friday 08:30 to 15:30 term time only starting ASAP. This is ongoing, and could lead to a permanent post for candidates who get on well in post.
