What You’ll Be Doing:
- Planning and delivering creative, engaging, and age-appropriate lessons across the Primary curriculum.
- Supporting pupils with varying levels of ability, including those with SEND.
- Monitoring and assessing pupil progress, providing feedback and adapting teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
- Creating a safe, stimulating, and supportive classroom environment.
- Building strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues to support holistic development.
- Promoting good behaviour and a love of learning through encouragement and positive reinforcement.
