Supply Teacher

Affinity Workforce are the Managed Service Provider for Cabot Learning Federation and currently have a high volume of supply teaching work available in their secondary academies in Bristol.. Cabot Learning Federation welcome both ECTS and more experienced teachers to work in their schools on supply.

Supply work within Cabot Learning Federation via Affinity Workforce is very flexible and we can offer between one to five days per week. Rates of pay are above market average £130 to £145 per day and we can offer guaranteed work for those wanting guaranteed income.

We have several long-term and permanent positions available within the Cabot Learning Federation secondary academies in Bristol. We can support ECTs in signing off their NQT years within teaching positions as well as offering Teaching Assistant, Pastoral and Head of Year roles.

We can also offer Teaching and Teaching Assistant positions in their specialist SEMH Schools from September 2024

The ideal candidate will hold QTS or be able to demonstrate experience of teaching in a classroom, be confident in managing behaviour and be happy to work within the Cabot Learning Federation Academies.
