What You’ll Be Doing
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
- Creating a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
- Assessing pupil progress and adapting teaching to meet diverse learning needs
- Supporting pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development
- Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and external professionals
- Contributing to whole-school initiatives and continuous improvement
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching in a primary school setting (EYFS, KS1 or KS2)
- Strong classroom management and behaviour strategies
- Passionate about inclusive education and child development
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing

Desirable Experience
- SEN awareness or experience supporting pupils with additional needs
