- Pawlett Primary School Academy (Bridgwater area) – PLT primary school for ages 4-11
- Castle Batch Primary School Academy – PLT primary school in Weston-super-Mare
- Berrow Primary Church Academy – PLT primary school in Burnham-on-Sea
- St Anne’s Church Academy – PLT primary school (West Wick site)
- East Huntspill & West Huntspill Primary Academies – PLT primary schools serving Highbridge areas

โจ About the Role
As a TLSA, you will support pupils across PLT primary schools, providing vital educational and pastoral assistance. Your role will include:
- Supporting children with a variety of learning needs, including those requiring additional individual support
- Working 1:1 and in small groups to deliver tailored interventions
- Assisting class teachers with engaging learning activities
- Supporting behaviour, wellbeing, and emotional regulation
- Helping create a safe, nurturing and stimulating learning environment
- Collaborating with teachers, SENCOs, external specialists and families to support pupil progress

We are looking for compassionate and committed individuals who:
- Have experience supporting children in primary settings (SEND experience beneficial)
- Are patient, positive, empathetic, and proactive
- Can adapt to the individual needs of pupils
- Enjoy working as part of a supportive, collaborative school team
- Are passionate about helping every child thrive
