KS2 Supply Teacher

KS2 Primary Teacher – Birmingham

Hours: Flexible

Pay rate: 140-180 per day

Affinity Workforce are currently working in partnership with Trusts across Birmingham. Supporting their recruitment drive for both Teachers and Teaching Assistants on part time and full time basis.

The role will be to support the Key Stage 2 unit as a full-class Teacher ASAP, you will be responsible for the learning and development of around 25 children with the full support of a dedicated – long-standing, experienced Teaching Assistant.

Are you an experienced Teacher or an ECT?

We are currently working with a few schools in Birmingham who are looking for KS2 Teachers to support them on a supply basis.

The schools that we work closely with all have high expectations of their pupils’ education and behaviour. They have very supporting teaching staff who can support you with your own professional development too.

The Role

As a successful candidate, you will get to work around your own commitments; full-time or part-time work.

Here at Affinity we work with Primary Schools across the whole of Birmingham so we will have schools in your area that you can work in.

You will be expected to:

• Have great knowledge of Phonics and Reading skills.
• Work collaboratively with other Key Stage teachers to deliver engaging pre-planned lessons.
• Differentiate activities to meet the needs of all children.
• Have high expectations for positive behaviour management.
• Follow all school policies to their high expectations.
