SEMH Cover Supervisor

Affinity Workforce are looking for enthusiastic and tenacious cover teachers to join our team of cover supervisors working in a secondary school in Castleford. We are looking for education practitioners to not only teach pupils, but make a real positive impact on their lives at school and encourage them to achieve their goals and enjoy coming to school.

There will be a strong element of behaviour management within this role, so candidates will need to demonstrate at interview their knowledge and experience of managing challenging behaviour in the classroom.

Whether you’ve been teaching for a year or a decade, we’re keen to hear from anybody who is looking to work on supply. We have ample cover work coming through each day, so if you’re looking for more flexibility and to control when you work this could be an ideal role for you. Even if you don’t have school experience, we offer a comprehensive cover supervision course so if you’ve got transferrable experience, please do submit your interest!

Affinity Workforce are contracted by a very successful academy trust in the area so you’ll get first pick of all the assignments within that trust.
