The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Planning and delivering creative and engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
- Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all pupils can succeed.
- Assessing and monitoring pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies where necessary.
- Supporting pupils’ academic, social and emotional development.
- Building positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.
- Contributing to the wider life of the school community.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Have a strong understanding of the Primary National Curriculum.
- Demonstrate excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- Be committed to raising attainment and achieving the best outcomes for all learners.
- Show enthusiasm, flexibility and a proactive approach to teaching.
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
