Teaching Assistant

The Opportunity

The successful candidate will join a dedicated and supportive team, working alongside teachers and wider school staff to help pupils access learning, develop confidence and achieve their full potential.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is passionate about primary education and enjoys working within a culturally diverse school community. The role may involve supporting individuals, small groups or whole-class learning, depending on school needs.

The Successful Candidate Will:

• Be committed to helping children achieve their very best.
• Have experience working with primary-aged children, either in a school or similar setting.
• Be able to build positive and trusting relationships with pupils, families and colleagues.
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate patience, adaptability and a proactive approach to supporting learning.
• Value inclusive practice and understand the importance of supporting pupils from a wide range of linguistic and cultural backgrounds.
• Work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
