The successful candidate will take on full class teaching responsibilities and play a key role in ensuring pupils achieve excellent academic, social and emotional outcomes.

The Opportunity

The school is seeking a talented classroom practitioner who is committed to delivering engaging, high-quality teaching and creating an environment where all children can thrive.

Working as part of a supportive and collaborative team, the successful candidate will be responsible for planning, delivering and assessing an inspiring curriculum that meets the needs of all learners. They will build positive relationships with pupils, families and colleagues and contribute fully to the wider life of the school.

This role would suit an experienced teacher or an ambitious Early Career Teacher looking to develop their career within a supportive Trust environment.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

  • Undertake full class teaching responsibilities within Key Stage 1.
  • Plan, deliver and evaluate high-quality lessons that engage and challenge all learners.
  • Monitor, assess and report on pupil progress.
  • Create a safe, nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Differentiate learning effectively to meet the needs of all pupils.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and external professionals.
  • Contribute positively to the wider life of the school and Trust.
  • Uphold high expectations for behaviour, achievement and personal development.

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Has a passion for teaching and learning within Key Stage 1.
