In recent years there is a massive focus on supporting the mental health and SEN needs of pupils in mainstream and SEN schools. Affinity Workforce Solutions are currently seeking practitioners to support these pupils on a 1:1 or general classroom basis to start ASAP, for the rest of the Academic Year in a range of schools across Morden and surrounding area (with an option of progressing onto contract with the right school). As a Special needs teaching assistant/Youth Mental health Support Worker/Autism Support Worker, you will be involved in not only supporting pupils within the classroom but will also be comfortable with running activities with the pupil/s outside the classroom as well. Alongside the class teacher, you will also provide support with ensuring the right support is in place for the students.
