Monarch Education, part of the Affinity Workforce Solutions Group, is looking for an ambitious and highly organised Recruitment Resourcer to join our Manchester team.

Working alongside our recruitment consultants, you’ll play a key role in attracting, engaging and supporting education professionals throughout their recruitment journey, while ensuring all compliance and safeguarding requirements are completed to the highest standards.

The Role

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will be responsible for sourcing and engaging education professionals, managing candidate pipelines, and supporting our compliance processes to ensure candidates are ready to work in schools across the region.

Key responsibilities include:

• Proactively sourcing and attracting high-quality education professionals through job boards, social media, referrals and database searches
• Conducting candidate screening calls and registration interviews
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates throughout their recruitment journey
• Managing candidate onboarding and registration processes
• Supporting safeguarding, vetting and compliance checks, including references, right-to-work documentation and DBS requirements
• Ensuring all candidate records are accurate, complete and maintained in line with company and regulatory standards
• Delivering a high standard of customer service and candidate care
• Maintaining regular contact with candidates to maximise engagement and availability
• Working collaboratively with consultants to fulfil client requirements efficiently
• Achieving and exceeding agreed activity targets, service levels and KPIs

About You

Previous experience within recruitment, resourcing, customer service, sales, administration or a target-driven environment would be advantageous, but we are equally interested in individuals with the right attitude, work ethic and desire to learn.

What We Offer

• £25,000 – £27,000
• 37.5 Hours per week (Mon- Fri)
