As a Teaching Assistant, you will support teachers in delivering high-quality education and creating a positive learning environment for pupils. Your role includes working with individuals or small groups to reinforce learning, helping manage classroom behaviour, and assisting with lesson preparation and activities. You’ll play a key part in supporting students with varying needs, including those with special educational needs (SEN), and contribute to their academic and personal development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support pupils in their learning under the guidance of the class teacher
• Assist with classroom setup, resources, and displays
• Provide one-to-one or small group support
• Help manage behaviour and promote a safe, inclusive environment
• Support pupils with SEN or additional needs
• Contribute to school activities and outings

What You’ll Need:

• A genuine passion for education
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• TA qualifications or relevant experience (desirable but not essential)
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
