Early Years Practitioner (Supply)

This is an exciting time to join Affinity Workforce as an Early Years Practitioner. We are recruiting enthusiastic and reliable practitioners for a range of opportunities across North Somerset, including ad‑hoc, short‑term and long‑term placements within nurseries and early years settings.

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold a relevant Early Years qualification (Level 2 or Level 3 or above)
• Hold an Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service, or be willing to apply for one through AWS
• Have experience working in a UK nursery or early years setting
• Hold a valid safeguarding certificate
• Have a strong understanding of the EYFS framework
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills with children, colleagues and parents
