KS2 Primary Teacher

Affinity Partnerships are looking for a confident KS2 teacher, to be the work in one of our Weston primary schools. This is a three day a week role, and needs to be a Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and will be covering PPA and delivering small group maths/English lessons.

The successful candidate must feel comfortable teaching KS2 and who can quickly build positive relationships with pupils and staff. They must have strong subject knowledge and be adaptable to any situation.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering engaging lessons, maintaining a positive classroom environment, and supporting pupils of all abilities to reach their full potential. Strong classroom management skills and a flexible approach are essential.

Pay will be in accordance with experience.

The successful applicant:

• Qualified Teachers Status.
• Have a sound understanding of Primary Education.
• Have excellent literacy, Numeracy, and communication skills.
• Have confidence supporting the KS1 and KS2 curriculum.
• Have experience of supporting children in all aspects of the curriculum.
• Will be a team player, as well as using their initiative and good sense of humour.
• Have experience of working with children with a range of additional needs including Autism, Speech and language difficulties and other SEND students, both in smalls groups and 1:1.
• Have a positive approach and be flexible to the demands of the job.
