We are working in partnership with a forward‑thinking multi‑academy trust to recruit enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teachers to support a number of schools across the trust. This is an excellent opportunity for qualified teachers who are seeking flexible work, varied experiences, and the chance to make a positive impact across different school settings.

The Role

As a Supply Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver high‑quality teaching across a range of year groups and subjects (depending on specialism)
  • Follow lesson plans provided and ensure continuity of learning
  • Create a positive, safe and engaging classroom environment
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies
  • Adapt quickly to different school settings and expectations
  • Uphold the ethos and values of each academy within the trust

We Are Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS / QTLS / PGCE) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching within UK schools (including ECTs welcome)
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Flexibility, reliability and a proactive attitude
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
