Learning Support Assistant

Affinity Partnerships are looking to recruit multiple Learning Support Partners for a school in Backwell. If you’re passionate about education and looking to take the next step in your career, this could be the ideal role for you!

This role is 22.5 hours a week.

Responsibilities:

• Flexible working across all year groups
• Class based with 1-1 support where required
• Encourage children’s social, emotional and academic development
• Communicate effectively with school staff and parents

Requirements:

• Have experience in supporting children of different ages and abilities
• An enhanced DBS check
• Strong communication skills
