About the Role

We are currently recruiting for caring and compassionate Nursery Practitioners to support a range of nursery settings. We welcome applications from both qualified practitioners (Level 2/3 or above) and non-qualified individuals with a passion for early years. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in a supportive environment while making a real difference to children’s development.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting children’s learning through play and exploration
• Helping children feel secure, nurtured and emotionally supported
• Assisting with daily routines including mealtimes, personal care and outdoor play
• Working collaboratively with a committed early years team
• Building positive relationships with families
• Contributing to a consistent, respectful and inclusive environment

Requirements

• Right to work in the UK
• Team‑focused and strong communication skills
• Passion for working with children within a Nursery setting
