Primary School Teacher – Affinity Workforce
Affinity Workforce is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary School Teacher to fill a long-term position. We are also seeking someone to fill short-term, flexible roles. This person’s main goal is to inspire and support the learning and well-being of children aged 4-11 years. This rewarding role involves delivering engaging lessons, nurturing young minds, and fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment. You’ll play a key role in shaping children’s early educational experiences and building strong foundations for lifelong learning.
You Will:
- Plan, deliver, and adapt creative and age-appropriate lessons across the primary curriculum.
- Support pupils with varying levels of ability, including those with SEND.
- Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing feedback and adapting teaching strategies accordingly.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and supportive classroom environment.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues to support holistic development.
- Promote good behaviour and a love of learning through encouragement and positive reinforcement.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Has experience teaching in a primary school setting (EYFS, KS1 or KS2).
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of the primary curriculum and safeguarding practices.
- Is enthusiastic, patient, and committed to nurturing young learners.
- Possesses excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Represents Affinity Workforce positively and professionally.
