The Role
Deliver high-quality Science lessons that inspire and engage students
Plan and adapt teaching to meet the needs of learners, including SEND and disadvantaged pupils
Support students’ academic progress, wellbeing and personal development
Build positive relationships with students, staff and families
Contribute to a broad and enriching curriculum, including extracurricular opportunities
Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to the wider life of the school
Essential Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Strong subject knowledge in Science
Experience delivering high-quality lessons across relevant key stages
Ability to support a diverse range of learners, including SEND and high-attaining students
Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships
Commitment to professional development and continuous improvement
