Role Overview
- Position: Secondary Teacher (all subject specialisms considered)
- Location: Peterborough
- Pay Rate: £120 – £225 per day (dependent on experience and role responsibility)
- Contract Type: Flexible (daily supply, long-term, or potential permanent roles)
- Start Date: ASAP / Ongoing opportunities
Key Responsibilities
As a Secondary Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the national curriculum
- Plan and prepare lessons (for long-term roles) or confidently deliver pre-set work (for cover roles)
- Manage classroom behaviour positively and effectively
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback where appropriate
- Create an inclusive learning environment that supports students of all abilities
- Uphold safeguarding standards and school policies at all times
- Contribute to the wider school community where appropriate
Who We’re Looking For

Essential Requirements:
- Strong classroom management skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- A genuine passion for education and student development
- Flexibility and adaptability across different school environments
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
- Right to work in the UK
- Previous experience working in UK secondary schools
