We are looking for a dedicated and resilient SEMH Behaviour & Wellbeing Mentor to join the team at Snowdon Village.
This role is centred around supporting students with SEMH needs, helping them to regulate emotions, improve behaviour, and re-engage with learning. You will work closely with students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, both within the classroom and through targeted pastoral interventions.
As a mentor, you will play a key role in building trusted relationships, acting as a positive role model, and supporting students with their personal development and wellbeing. The role requires a consistent, calm, and empathetic approach to support students who may display challenging behaviours.
