Affinity Partnerships is collaborating with a school within the Cabot Learning Federation to recruit ECTs and experienced teachers for full-time roles. You will be supporting learners with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and a range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), including complex learning difficulties, physical disabilities, and communication challenges.

What You will Do

• Deliver a personalised, engaging curriculum tailored to individual needs.
• Create a safe, positive learning environment that promotes wellbeing.
• Use communication strategies such as Makaton and AAC.
• Foster resilience, social interaction, and emotional regulation.
• Monitor progress and collaborate with a resolute, supportive team.

What We are Looking For

• Passion for inclusive education and supporting SEMH and SEND learners.
• Creativity and adaptability in the classroom
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting wellbeing
  (Experience in SEMH or SEND is desirable-but not essential. Full training provided.)
