We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant / Behaviour Mentor to join a welcoming and supportive school community in North Somerset.

🌟 The Role

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support children with a range of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, and SEMH
• Work closely with teachers to deliver tailored learning and intervention plans
• Act as a positive behaviour mentor, helping pupils regulate emotions and build confidence
• Provide 1:1 and small group support
• Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment
